I have been experiencing problems whilst printing large files to a Lanier (formerly Ricoh) print device on the network. It appears the PJL is slightly different to that of the HP print devices, and, as a result, majority of large files are reprinted.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems, and, if so, is there a way around it??

Thanks

You could try to disable PJL with PJL_SUPPORTED=FALSE as part of your definition of the printer in npconfig file.

Just wanted to see if you ever had any luck with getting the Ricoh to print.
I'm in a similar situation with a Ricoh 4510 printer, running MPE/IX version 7.5

I've just started to look into 3rd party additional software, but there's got to be an easier solution.
