Yes. I contacted tech support. The e-mail responses I received were VERTY negative. I sent an e-mail to an individual, who was responding to several questions, suddenly stopped responding when I asked HOW could I get them to support Linux. I was willing to try to get a number of people in LUGS to request it. The 65N is a GREAT SOHO printer.... I'd love to be able to use it at home.

Alas, while Lexmark makes good printers .... I won't buy from them anymore. No Linux support and their antics with print cartridges is too much.
