After I get the product installed and after, completely by trial and error, I get the capture configured for email -- I get a "transport process failed" error ... and once I get that error the mtd_core process remains in memory and subsequent captures are lost, since the save/save all/settings dialog box never reappears.
Is there a possibility that you HAVE to have Outlook or Express in order to use email?
