I am looking for some help in regards genric text printing/ Miraplacid Text printing.

We have a windows 98 App which prints to a textfile. It produces a CSV which must fit on a single sheet of virtual paper. With windows 98 the text printer support vitually unliimited sizes of 'paper' but with 2000 the largest you can set it A3. I have tried creating a new form but it does not show up in print settings?

anybody able to help?
